We use information to review applications, respond to inquiries, determine whether our services are an appropriate fit, schedule evaluations or training, provide coaching services, maintain business records, improve our website and communicate about Alpha Athletics.
Forms and service providers
Our online forms are processed through Formspree. Our website hosting, email and other business tools may also process information on our behalf. These providers maintain their own privacy and security practices. Please do not submit highly sensitive medical, financial or identity information through a general website form.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate our business, when necessary to provide requested services, or when required by law. We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, our business records and applicable legal obligations.
Children and youth athletes
Our services may involve minors, but website applications concerning a minor should be completed or authorized by a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly seek personal information directly from children without appropriate parent or guardian involvement.

You may ask to review, correct or delete personal information we maintain, subject to legal and operational requirements. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
