Your signed agreement controls
Membership cancellation, notice, billing, refunds, pauses and related terms are governed by the membership agreement, service agreement or other written terms you accepted when enrolling. If this page differs from your signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
How to make a request
Send cancellation or membership-change requests to info@njalpha.com. Include the member’s full name and a clear description of the request. For a minor athlete, the request should come from a parent or legal guardian.
Confirmation
A request is not complete until Alpha Athletics confirms it in writing. Continue to follow the billing and attendance terms in your agreement until you receive confirmation.
